Arrival from GermanyFrom Munich via the A8 in the direction of Salzburg. From Salzburg on the A10 Tauern freeway to St. Michael im Lungau. Take the B97 to Tamsweg, then continue on the B95 to Predlitz. The B97 leads via Stadl an der Mur and Murau to Teufenbach. There turn right in the direction of Neumarkt. Pass the train station Mariahof and take the 2nd exit to Vockenberg. In Vockenberg keep right towards Oberdorf.
Arrival from Oberösterreich/HungaryAt the freeway junction in St. Michael bei Leoben take the S36 towards Klagenfurt. Pass Knittelfeld and Judenburg to Scheifling. In Scheifling turn right towards Murau. In Teufenbach turn left torwards Neumarkt. Pass the train station Mariahof and take the 2nd exit to Vockenberg. In Vockenberg keep right towards Oberdorf.
Arrival from ItalyVia Klagenfurt on the S37 past St. Veit an der Glan, Treibach and Friesach. In Friesach continue in the direction of Vienna, via Dürnstein and Wildbad Einöd to Neumarkt. In Neumarlt continue in the direction of Mariahof and Furtner Teich. Pass de Furtnerteich in the direction of Vockenberg. After the restaurant zur Linde turn left to Oberdorf.
At the ice age island keep right in the direction of Anawander and maschier over the Dürnberger Moor to St. Blasen. At Schilcherhof go straight ahead in the direction of Podolerteich. Arrived at the Podolerteich, you walk over the Muhrenteich and Hasloberteich back to the Ice Age Island.
