AflenzThe winter sports area for all natural snow lovers offers perfectly groomed slopes as well as untouched deep snow slopes and is a real insider tip for skiers, snowboarders, ski tourers and tobogganists.
A double chair lift takes guests comfortably to the Almboden, where 2 pommel lifts, 4 drag lifts and 2 km of perfectly groomed natural snow slopes (easy level of difficulty) await.
The T-bar lifts Schönleiten I and Schönleiten II open up the slopes at the “Paradieslift” and the “Platte” (10 km of slopes of medium and 2 km of difficult difficulty).
If there is enough snow, 8 km long groomed family run (skiers, tobogganists ...) down to the valley.
The Bürgeralm is also an ideal starting point for snowshoe hikes and ski tours in the Hochschwab area.

On the Almboden there are some cozy alpine huts for rent (on a self-catering basis). At the Schönleitenhaus, double and multi-bed rooms are available for overnight stays.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
During the Christmas and semester break (Vienna / Lower Austria and Styria) daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
