If you want to get to know the Gesäuse, you have to discover it. From above: on the alpine pastures, huts and peaks. The Gesäuse as such has fascinated since time immemorial. Pioneers who have written alpine history, mountaineers who have founded a "university of mountaineering" in the local mountain world.  The Gesäuse is unspoiled, here there are no lifts and no express mentality. If you want to get to the top, you have to make an effort. And sweat.
